Warner Bros. Games has just announced Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions, a new Wizarding World game coming to PC and consoles. The game will be a fast-paced, competitive multiplayer game featuring the world’s most iconic magical sport. Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions has been in development for several years by Unbroken Studios and will be published by Warner Bros. Games under the Portkey Games label.
Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions will be a complete, standalone Quidditch experience that engages players in the sport of Quidditch and other broomstick adventures alongside friends in a competitive, multiplayer setting.
The game is currently open to limited playtest, and you can sign up for a chance to play it right now through the game’s website. Upon entering the website, you will have to enter your date of birth and log in with your WB Games account. Then it will ask you questions about what platform you play games on, what types of games you usually play, how big of a Harry Potter fan you are and what your motivations for playing video games are.
The news of this brand new Harry Potter Quidditch videogame comes just months after the highly anticipated and successful launch of Hogwarts Legacy, which does not feature Quidditch. One can only speculate, but maybe this is why they decided to drop Quidditch from that game.
Are you excited about the new Harry Potter video game, and will you sign up for the playtests?
